Class Schedule

Stuck in a fitness rut!? Check out our Group Ex Schedule. We added Boxing every Thursday night at 530pm, Monday mornings look for 9:15 Circut, Friday Mornings we have Zumba at 9:15 and Wednesday 530 pm Totally Pumped!! Stop in and try something new!!
