Courtesy PolicyDuring Peak hours, please limit the use of your cardio work out to 30 minutes. When performing multiple sets on the circuit, please refrain from resting on the machines. Let others work in during your sets. Please refrain from dropping weights on the floor and from crashing weight stacks on the circuit equipment and in the free weight area. This can result in damage to the equipment. Please re-stack the weights in the FWT room after use. Please use the towels and disinfectant spray that are available to wipe down the cardio machines and the circuit after your workout. Winter Weather PolicyIn the event of inclement weather, New York Sport & Fitness will announce closing, delayed opening of the clubs or cancellation of classes on 94 Rock Radio and WENY Television. In the event of a snow day or delay for the Elmira, Elmira Heights or Horseheads School Districts, morning classes will be canceled as well as the morning babysitting. Please help keep our clubs clean and refrain from wearing outdoor shoes in the club during wet and dirty weather. The salt and sand are harmful to the Cardio machines and aerobic room floor. Wet shoes can be slippery on the wood floor. |
